Sessilee Lopez and Liya Kebede made the covers of the special issue of Italian Vogue’s black issue. Ebony featured a delightful cover of four of the top black models in the industry; Tyra, Iman, Kimora and Alek (this was a really good issue). Latina added a darker shade of mocha to its cover by adding Sessilee Lopez. Town & Country featured English rose Thandie Newton and the Asian fashion mag Audrey graced actress Tia Carrere. These covers were absolutely beautiful and I was glad to see Vogue finally add black women as singles on a cover for a change.
